Please know it has nothing to do with being prejudiced, as my wife spoke only Spanish when I met her, but rather is about requiring clear communication.
If you as a client can't communicate with people working on your property then quality suffers.
Need them to show up at 9:00am instead of 7:00am?
If you don't speak the language of the people doing the work then how do you tell them something as simple as this?
