About a year ago, Alex/Tropical Painting repainted the exterior our 2-story Dutch Colonial on 15th Ave NE, including a 2-story detached garage/apartment. This was a huge job by any measure; a lot of the time spent was in the preparation.
Not only do they perform quality work, but Alex is very helpful in knowing what is appropriate for a home like this. We picked the colors of course but deferred to him a lot on *where* to put those colors. There is a lot of trim and detail work on these older homes and his suggestions were not only valued but right on the money because the house looks like a million bucks now.
