I've been a professional painting contractor since 1978, but my career really began as a teenager that summer, when I worked as a handyman within my northeastern Ohio neighborhood.
Eventually, I chose to focus my craft towards painting and created the Whalen Painting company in 1983.
I've been successfully running the business ever since.
In 2002, at the age of 41 I decided to leave my hometown of Cleveland Ohio, and move to the beautiful Seattle Washington.
