Crowder Painting
Crowder Painting is a locally owned and operated, fully insured family business. The company has been providing quality painting services in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas since 1970. The Rockies are tough on finishes; high altitude, wind, hail, and extreme temperatures mean that incorrectly prepared surfaces won't look good for long. Crowder Painting is meticulous in our attention to detail.

We take the time to properly prepare the surface, carefully protect the surrounding area, and use proven products, high quality tools, and time-honored techniques to make sure that your project will look good for years to come. We consider every paint job a custom one. Every project begins with a comprehensive proposal. Then, we work with you to determine an appropriate schedule.

When the work is completed, we'll inspect it with you to make sure it meets your standards. In fact, we are so confident that you'll be pleased with our work that we won't accept a dime from you until the work is done and you are completely satisfied!
Services
Crowder Painting was established by Carl Crowder in 1970.
The plan was simple: to provide quality painting services to residents in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas.
Beginning in their early teens, Carl's sons, Karl and Craig, worked alongside their father during the summer.
They learned not only how to prepare and paint surfaces, but also how to treat customers right.
When Carl retired in 2000, the boys took over the family business.
Today, they operate it with the same eye for quality and commitment to customer satisfaction their father did, serving El Paso, Douglas, and Teller counties.
Using good preparation techniques, quality materials and tried-and-true customer service methods help us create a beautiful, long-lasting product while disrupting the customer's life as little as possible.
Knowing the full scope of your painting project helps us create a proposal tailored to your needs.
Understanding what you need now can also help us anticipate your future painting needs; recommend specific products or processes that will further enhance your home and/or save you money; and above all, provide excellent customer service.
At Crowder Painting, consistent quality is important.
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their paint job.
Thanks to years of experience, we've developed an interior painting process that guarantees a beautiful paint job each and every time.
These results speak for themselves!
Unless you have specific needs, these are the painting steps that will be used when we paint a room or whole house.
Properly preparing the surface is the first step to a quality paint job.
Often, this is the most time-consuming part of the process!
You probably spend more time in your kitchen than any other room of the house.
It's where guests congregate, where food is prepared, and where many children do their homework.
An attractive kitchen can make all the difference in the overall beauty of your home, and updating old or damaged cabinetry is a great starting point.
Refinishing is an intelligent option for several reasons.
Revitalizing existing cabinetry is less expensive than installing new, especially if your kitchen is unusually shaped or has odd dimensions.
Toning involves altering the color of an existing wood piece- often without stripping the wood.
Light stains can be altered in many ways to produce a desired effect; darker finishes can be manipulated to appear more red or gold.
There are many reasons to color-match an existing stain.
If a section of trim has just been replaced, for example, color-matching can camouflage the repair without the hassle and expense of stripping and refinishing the whole room.
If different woods have been used in a project, our color-matching techniques can produce a more unified look.
