Before starting your interior painting project, we carefully cover and protect your flooring in the areas in which we are working. We also move, cover, and protect your furniture throughout the project to keep it safe. Then, once everything is covered, we perform various types of preparation. After we completely prepare the surfaces and everything is covered we will begin to paint.
Before we can paint the exterior of a home, we first have to wash it! A clean surface is the basis for any lasting paint coating system. Then, we allow ample time for the home to dry. Then we address the basic areas of preparation. Once all areas are properly prepared we begin painting via airless spraying, brushing, rolling, and/or back brushing.

Large holes may call for walls to be cut out, patched and/or replaced with new sheetrock, and then plastered as needed.
We can remove any wall coverings or borders as needed, clean and remove any adhesive, and fill/sand walls back to smooth.
Also, some areas may require cleaning and wiping of surfaces to remove dirt or grease that could affect paint adhesion.

So, we use low pressure washing to clean claps free of dirt and mildew even if we are not painting them (we also prefer low to clean and restore decks and siding as it offers a safer way to clean without damaging).
Our washing system is based upon each project and its needs, often using multiple cleaners and pressures based on the surfaces and the coatings we are to apply.
