Twin Palm Painting & Waterproofing is a business formed by Bill Calvert and Sheldon Dodson, who have over 50+ years of combined experience in the painting and waterproofing industry. Our complex has two thirteen story buildings, club house, guard house, and 2 story parking structure. We hired Twin Palm Painting and Waterproofing to paint everything except one of the high rises. They said the job would take 4-6 weeks to complete.
They completed the job in 5 weeks. The employees were professional and did an outstanding job. Everything they said they would do, they did. After they completed the original contract, we contracted them to do the other high rise and also redo the upper parking deck with a waterproofing system.
