We only use a 15% solution which is enough to kill mold spores but not enough to kill living things around your home.
Using too much chlorine is bad for the environment and it can damage the roof, pets, shrubs, grass and flowers to name a few things. We always tell potential clients that we may cost a little more than others but we actually have 2 men on your roof for at least an entire day to clean the roof the right way so that your roof lasts longer before it needs replacement.

We're regular customers of Steve's for pressure washing, but this was our first time trying him out for painting.
I'm happy to report things turned out great.
The pool coping in particular was a task I feared, as it's next to impossible to avoid dripping paint into the pool or the brickwork surrounding it.
Somehow Steve's team pulled it off - the folks he has hired are clearly experienced.
