Prior to sandblasting we masked and taped the designated areas to prevent overspray and structural damage to the building.
We then removed the existing paint and rust by on-site sandblasting.
Sandblasting the metal pieces helps prevent further rust and allows the new paint to stick and adhere.
Sandblasting also prevents the paint from flaking.
Once the sandblasting was completed, we applied an epoxy primer to ensure longevity.
