While I was earning my degree in operations management at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, I painted homes during the summer.
I enjoyed motivating others to produce quality work and liked how we could drastically change a home in a short period of time.
That job taught me the importance of quality and helped me develop an eye for detailed work.
