Harold Eads, who prefers to be called, Lou, has been in the home building and property improvement industry for over 30 years.
He incorporated Eads Painting & Staining, Inc., in 2000 and services the Dayton, Ohio and surrounding areas.
Over the years Eads Painting & Staining Inc. has had the privilege of sub-contracting with some of the areas top builders such as, Steel Frame Construction, Sonnenberg Homes, Arbor Homes, Rick Mosier Construction, Hurst Total Homes and Rank Builders.
They have current sub-contracting relationships with TesCon, Inc., of Brookville, Ohio, DART Property Improvement of Clayton, Ohio and Tom Hart Contracting LLC of Lewisburg, Ohio.

A. A good, complete exterior painting job should last 5 - 6 years depending upon the climate your home is exposed to.
Full sun will cause fading and drying, and moisture will cause mold and moisture.
