Our successful aircraft painting method is the DuPont Imron Single Stage System from start to finish. Also, with our in-house mixing system, we have the ability to accurately mix thousands of custom colors. This single stage process, along with our employees' expertise, assures customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

If any problems are found that the owner does not know about, we contact them.
Upon arrival of airplane we do a complete inspection of the plane checking all lights for operation and inspecting aircraft for damage, corrosion, plastic/fiberglass fairings and window condition.
To prepare for chemical stripping, all flight controls are removed, along with any removable composite fairings.
Windows are masked using heavy duty foil to protect from chemical burns.
The landing gear and antennas are masked off along with the interior door jambs and the aircraft is pressure washed.
When every inch of the airplane is stripped, the plane is pressure washed, the door jambs will be cleaned and sanded, and we move to degreasing the landing gear and sand all of the gear for paint.
At this point we will remove the inspection plates and do any needed repairs on the airframe.
All the fiberglass is sanded down to the gelcoat or further depending on the condition of the gelcoat.
When all the paint is removed we begin repairing and defects, such as cracks or other damage and commonly find the need to redo poorly done previous repairs.
The plane and landing gear is masked off for primer using a very detail process.
This includes the interior, and engine compartment.
The Axalta corrosion resistant primer can now be applied, and the base white directly over this.
With the base white on we can now start laying out the design of the owners choice.
All the layout is painstakingly done by hand paying close attention to every detail, then painted with a large range of colors.
The assembly process starts with checking the balance of the controls, any control out of balance will adjusted with removal or the addition of weight.
With all the parts reinstalled and paintwork done a final inspection can now be done.
The surface will be checked for any paint defects, which will be repaired if needed.
All the control bolts, screws and fasteners will be checked over, interior can be cleaned, along with the windows.
A gear retraction test will also be performed to check the operation of the gear doors and gear itself.
When everything is satisfactory the owner can now pick up the knowing that we have checked the plane over many times for safety and quality.
