The Painter Lady, based in the Dubuque, Iowa area, does more than just paint; she offers clients a variety of interior services and her creative abilities.

Lisa White has been painting, drawing, and being creative her entire life in Southwest Wisconsin; the first-born child in a large farm family.
For nearly 27 years she has built upon these skills by working as an entrepreneur in the full scope of the building trades along with obtaining additional education at UW-Platteville in various art classes.
From new construction, to remodeling, to church restoration, she has worked in all facets of home and business improvement.
