E-Z Painting owner Mike Leland was raised with a paintbrush in his hand. His grandfather, a Korean War veteran, painted houses and businesses throughout San Luis Obispo County for the better part of his life. He passed on his attention to detail, work ethic and integrity to his apprentice Mike, who has proudly continued the tradition of painting in the community where he was raised for more than 30 years.
We wanted to put our house on the market fast. I called E-Z Painting on a Friday and by Monday they had already finished pressure washing, repairing the outside walls and prepping. By Wednesday they were done so I had him do two rooms inside.
