Ocean State Painting was established in 1983 by Kevin Mullen after attending RIJC for business. Kevin started painting with a well-known and respected Master painter in 1981 while attending college. Kevin is the founder and president of Ocean State Painting & Powerwashing Inc. As an owner operated company, you can be assured of constant quality control on every job.
