The process is broken down into the following steps: several levels of sanding are used to create an ideal surface that allows the paint to be as smooth as possible.
Oil based primer, caulk and putty are applied where needed.
When primer is dry, the house is sanded smooth.

This technique can restore your wood to its original state or transform it to a gorgeous stained finish, as well as create a smooth surface for paint.
