Mark Dunlap is a Big Island Painter providing interior and exterior house painting services for residents in Waimea, Waikoloa, Kohala, Kamuela and Kailua-Kona. Mark has painted my house twice in the 20 years I have owned it. He also completed a commercial job for me. He does great work overall. He was very detail oriented in the preparation, worked quickly, used spray application in my case which was fast and efficient especially in the rainy climate of wet side Waimea.
I will choose him again in the future and have recommended him to my friends and neighbors. I love the paint he uses which has stood up well against the mold and algae that are unavoidable. The finish created is easy to pressure wash and cleans up very well. He charges a bit more but it has been worth it. Living off island has its challenges. However, Mark Dunlap has completed two complete interior painting jobs for me.
