It's the same philosophy our grandfather used when he founded the company in 1923.
As an immigrant from Sweden, Harry Fransen began painting for the railroads in the Chicago area.
In the early 40's he moved his family to rural Milaca and started a retail paint store and paint and wall covering contracting services business.
In 1965, his sons Gene and John Sr. purchased the business and expanded the company into the commercial and industrial market.
