Reason I'm writing this is because I had a leak repaired in the past by GI and now have a different one and being curious looked them up on Yelp for some reason. Saw the reviews and was surprised how upset some people were. Had a leak following Hurricane Irma last year. Like all roofing and or trade companies everyone was backed up including the major tile manufacturers for roofs. Anywho, they were straight up honest with me told me it might take a couple weeks because of the storm and how many calls they've got before me. Their estimate was fair compared to some others which I felt were inflated big time because of the storm. In the end it did take them a week and a half like they said, two of my neighbors roofing companies they hired said the same thing a couple weeks and ended up taking more then a month. My leak was repaired hasn't leaked since. Overall everyone was cool, honest and my leak hasn't leaked since. Truthfully, glad I could write a good review after seeing the others and will call them again for my new leak.
