It lasts up to 12 weeks depending on what type of grass it is, the condition it is in, & how much traffic goes through it.
No, the paint will cover the existing pet stains & new urine spots will not show up after paint is applied.
Yes you can still water the grass.
I recommend watering your lawn so your grass can still be healthy and vibrant but you can definitely cut back.
It takes about an hour or 2 for the grass to dry maybe shorter if its 100 degrees out but I would wait a couple more hours to walk on it for extra precaution.
