The solution that is sprayed on, is a combination of warm water and a bit of dish washing soap.
Protection: furniture, lighting, windows and doorways are covered with 1 mil plastic to protect from water and dust.
Floors are covered 100% with 6 mil plastic (which is a very thick plastic), so that water does not penetrate.
Skimcoating: we often have customers ask us if we do skimcoating and/or what skimcoating actually is.
