Dan is very nice he suggested some paint schemes that worked out nicely but if you are just having a repaint keep in mind that they only paint what was done previously.
So if hardware is painted they will paint over existing paint.
He did replace the doorknob and hinges on the bathroom door for me though because I wasn't aware that was the protocol.
They did pretty good job cleaning up.
The hallways, living room and dining room walls and baseboards look fresh and clean.
