From the time I made an initial phone call to the time I walked into my residence as the job was just being finished I have been more than amazed and truly satisfied. This company's approach to business and the quality work that they did while in my home is the reason I can now say, Customer Service is not dead....it's alive and well at this company. The owner and his crew were cordial, on time and did not skip a step to provide the best quality paint job I have seen in quite a while. Members of my family owned a paint contracting company for two generations. I worked in that business while I was finishing up high school.
When Taylor (owner) came to do my estimate he carefully described what steps would be taken to do this job. As I listened I heard a professional describing the work that would be done. I heard detail, which many painters would skip or cut corners with in order to save time and make money. This man is operating on a work ethic that some of us think has totally disappeared. The only other thing I could say is the job looked phenomenal and they cleaned everything up and left me with nothing to do but enjoy the scenery when they were finished.

If you need the popcorn removed from your ceilings, Taylor and his team are the ones to call. I was so impressed with their dedication to getting the job done to perfection. They did a great job with the clean up afterwards too. Such nice folks to work with!!! I will be going to them for my future home projects! Thanks Taylor!
