Concrete mining operation. We do a lot of larger Fort Wayne commercial painting as well as Indiana statewide commercial painting. This job needed washed / blasted, primed and painted. This is the beginning of the job, started priming (white). We can fix even the worst peeling issues! First few pictures are before and following pictures after our work.
This customer had two paint contractors (two different years) repaint this house within 2-3 years, with same recurring peeling issues (just as you see in this picture) coming back after seasonal winter / summer temperature changes. Paint would not stay adhesive from prior contractors, we used our system which is extensive compared to a standard repaint.
Although it cost slightly more, this house DOES NOT have paint falling off massively almost eight years later. We always do a good job of covering glass and fixtures, even I.D. tags on gas meters! The storm door was repainted and now is recoated with the best paint from Sherwin Williams. The finished product.
