Improovy is the best company I've hired in my entire life. Extremely professional, prompt, and the highest quality work was performed for my intricate office wall. I had 4 doors with panes and 4 different colors on a small wall and they executed my vision perfectly. There were multiple calls leading up to my project, ensuring they had all the details necessary and gave me a quote in one day. If you have a painting project, hire them! I was very impressed with Improovy Inc. from the very start. Todd S. was very responsive and answered all my questions when starting our exterior door painting project. A quote was sent to us quickly, and the price for the quality of the work was unmatched. Roland S., our production coordinator, was also great to work with. He was very detailed in how and when the job would get done.

He made sure we were satisfied with the work every step of the way. The painters did an amazing job; we absolutely love the finished product. We will definitely be hiring Improovy again for future painting projects!

Working with these guys was a breeze and they do great work from initial inquiry all the way through completion. The initial contact was quick, informative, and easy to explain what I needed. The quote was well written, detailed, and fair priced. The guys I worked with were more than happy to deal with my crazy schedule and worked around the clock to help me get my project done.

They even took calls on a Sunday morning to help me get the paint situated because I couldn't get to it earlier. Highly recommend this company and I'll continue to do future projects with them.

First, a huge thank you to the crew that Improovy sent out to do the work: Peter (who I met on the first and last days of the job) and Mirek. We're so pleased with the quality and speed of the work that they did for us, and I really struggle to think of how any of the process could have been better. Peter really helped walk me through things on the first day and stayed available for communication throughout the project if I needed to bring anything up with him. Roland and Cole at Improovy were a pleasure to work with as well and really helped ease some stress at the beginning of the project with coordinating scheduling and requirements for our building's association.

I believe a huge draw to Improovy was having a contact like Roland that could help coordinate things between us, the crew, and our association, especially as first-time owners in a high-rise. The finished product itself is fantastic. I'll add photos to this review once I put some new lights up, but it's such a huge improvement in the whole space to have the popcorn texture removed and the walls painted to a color that we like.

I'll try to highlight some of the detail work that they had to do, as the attention to detail is what really blew me away on the final walkthrough today. I'll absolutely recommend Improovy to anyone that needs this sort of work done and we'll absolutely use them again if the need arises!

Initially I spoke with Todd Sams regarding the work I needed done on the exterior of my house. He made me feel comfortable with the scope of work that would be done. He was very kind and reassuring of the quality of work I will receive and confident that I would be satisfied. These guys did an amazing paint job to my home trim and doors, they were extremely professional and incredibly kind.

Start to finish the communication was friendly, honest, detailed and helpful. Was able to quote us remotely after reviewing pictures of the target rooms and spaces. Used high quality Sherwin Williams paint. Tony and his crew were excellent and was a joy to work with. The entire experience was positive. Had an exceptional experience with Improovy from receiving the quote and scheduling to the final walk through. Excellent communication with Chip in sales, Autumn and Roland with scheduling and information and of course the painting team of Mike and his partner. We had extensive drywall repair where crown molding was removed. Our doors and trim was painted white from the original dark brown stain, and two bedrooms and a bath were totally painted-ceilings and walls. Great attention to detail and very professional. We will definitely use them again.

I had a great experience with Improovy. My painter Michael and project manager Roland were very responsive, very professional and did great work. I was especially impressed with the painting Michael did on my large, custom baseboards - which were a hot mess after I recently had new hardwood floors installed on my entire 2nd floor. The baseboards look beautiful now, you can't even tell they were torn out before.

And Michael was very careful to prevent any paint from getting on my new floors. I also needed a couple touch ups after the project was done, and Michael came back right away to accommodate that request, no questions asked. I would 100% recommend Improovy.

We used Improovy for an exterior painting project and they were a pleasure to work with. I've ALWAYS WANTED a purple house. Blame my Savannah roots, but I just don't have interest in a plain jane house. My partner and I took the plunge and bought a two flat a year ago. The one thing I absolutely hated about it was the dingy vinyl siding and how it was the same color as every house on our block. I reached out to a couple painting contractors for quotes and advice considering A.

The internet does not like the idea of painting vinyl siding and B. I didn't want to fork over the $$$ to update the siding since there was really nothing wrong with it except I didn't like the color. Improovy was very reasonable and easy to work with on scheduling with this garbage Chicago Spring weather. The contractors were amazing. They worked diligently throughout the couple days it took to paint and were respectful of all our plants, neighbors, etc.

I AM BLOWN AWAY by the results and could not recommend them enough. It was a big project and they delivered. My purple house is everything that I've ever dreamed of and now is the most obnoxious house on the block. THANKS IMPROOVY!

This is my forever painting company. The customer service was second to none. I received timely calls and a project manager. I was unsure of the colors so I was given a paint consultant. After my colors were chosen, the painters came on time and I received a direct number to the team lead. They explained everything and treated my home as if it was their own and clean d up before leaving. I'm very happy with my new colors!

From the first contact, Improovy was extremely responsive and helpful. With some companies, I waited for days (sometimes weeks) to get a quote. With improovy, I heard back immediately, had a quote that day. From that point, improovy did everything they said they would and contacted me when they said they would. The painting crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. It looks so good! We could not be happier moving into our new home.

I contacted Improovy to stain a large backyard deck in the western suburbs of Chicago. The two painters (Omar and Israel) did a fantastic job. They came one morning to power wash, then took 2 days to stain (It's a big project, I actually expected it to take even longer than 2 days). Omar and Israel were 1)polite 2) respectful 3) meticulous 4) patient.

Before they left they asked me to do a walk through to see if I'd like anything touched up. We bought a very old home, 5 years ago, and have had countless contractors, painters, etc in our space. These two guys (and Improovy), take the cake for professionalism. Couldn't be happier.

Absolutely wonderful experience with this company. Mike, the project manager, was great with communication. On the day of the painting, Eric and his team were on time, incredibly thoughtful about the work that needed to be done, and ultimately did a tremendous job. Very, very pleased.

Eric, Mike and Nick were all awesome helping us get our work scheduled. April rains caused so many delays and these guys were always on it with updates and keeping us in loop, working with our desired times, etc. Got several quotes when we decided to paint the exterior of our home. Improovy was by far the lowest price. I couldn't believe how professional, fast and talented our painters were-Eric, Jorge and Also.

I requested a handful of quotes for painters after closing on my condo, and Improovy stood out right away. Cole was quick to provide a quote, and made himself available for follow up questions as needed. Cost-wise, Improovy was about the same as the other quote I requested, but the responsiveness and professional-looking quote sold me. The painters, Mike and Max, did a fantastic job on the entire place, but especially on some very high ceilings and some difficult louvered doors.

After the job was complete, Improovy sent a follow up packet with the paint colors and finishes to have them handy for touch ups or repairs in the future. Really great experience overall.

Vitaliy did a great job painting my place! It's an older building and has a few old cracks and spots and he was able to make it look good as new. Cole and Nick were super responsive and accommodating during the set up process. Would definitely use these guys again!

I requested exterior painting for a balcony and building facade. The painters were fantastic: they carefully isolated the area, sanded everything diligently, and painted perfectly.

We had Improovy paint our family room and a bedroom. We got our quote very quickly by sending them photos of our rooms. Andre was helpful and the estimate was accurate, except that we discovered that there was more extensive water damage to our wall and ceiling than we realized, requiring some extra work. This increased the cost to account for the replastering (and they did a great job), but we felt the amount was quite reasonable for the amount of time and work involved. Juan and his crew were hardworking, courteous and obviously eager to do a good job.

He was a nice guy and very easy to talk to. They took photos when they started so that everything-furniture, lamps, and everything hanging on the walls-was put back exactly as it was before they started, saving us a lot of work. They cleaned up immaculately. Juan and the others worked long hours to complete the job in a timely fashion. They asked our permission to stay after dinner to finish.

We were contacted afterwards to see if everything was done to our satisfaction. In the daylight, we were able to notice a few small things that needed touching up. They came back and fixed them promptly and without objection. All in all, the painting was a pretty painless experience on our part, not the major hassle we'd been dreading.

One of the first things I wanted to do in my new condo was paint over the walls (lemon/lime weren't my style). After reaching out to various painters, only Andre was able to give me a confident quote the same day without even needing to schedule time to come out and see it. He talked me through all of the details and made sure I knew what I was getting.

His quote was also well below anyone else's, AND it included a paint consultation. He was also able to get started on the work immediately. I put him in a challenging situation where I wanted the job done before Christmas Eve. He started the Wednesday before and was able to complete the job (1900 sq ft, moldings, and doors) in 5 days! A special shout out goes to his team from Millenials Painting, who was able to navigate around me moving stuff in the day before they wrapped up. Andre was communicative every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out.

Great! My project manager was on top of everything from the get go, all I had to do was be there when they showed up. Project was completed on time and at the cost originally quoted, which I feel like never happens, lol. They did a great job with prep and cleanup too. Barely could tell anybody had been there.
