We are very happy we chose Impressions to paint the brick exterior and trim of our home! Emmanuel is as friendly as they come and an absolute pro at customer service. He was great about keeping in contact with me throughout the duration of the project and answering every question I had along the way. Our color consultant, Debbie, was wonderful and sweet as can be!

She was so helpful with me trying to figure out my accent colors and envision what would work -- and she did well, because I love them! Estuardo and the painting team put in a LOT of hard work on our house and it shows. No dripping or runs anywhere and proved to be reliable and good at what they do. It was a big decision to make since the exterior of our house had never been painted before. Our house looked very dated and now it feels like a brand new house! I couldn't be happier!

Can't say enough about the service. The sales rep communicated when running late and was very personable and professional. We are having impressions paint 3 sets of bathroom cabinets and our kitchen. In addition we are painting 3 rooms and built in cabinets. Their work is first rate! The crew is on time, works late and takes care to take care of your stuff!

Impressions Painting Company is very organized and detailed. They send in an expert to help the client choose the best paint color for the project. Anything missed is immediately completed after the final walkthrough. I am having them return to paint cabinets and walls in other rooms. Also, they have an excellent warranty. They did some touch up work on the exterior of a neighbor's house, that they had painted last year, after they finished with mine.

I was apprehensive about selecting a company to paint the weathered areas of our house but finally, based on reviews, chose to get an estimate from Impressions Painting. Emmanuel came to our home and discussed every detail of the process. A contract was signed and within a few days the painters arrived and painted our house. They were professional, respectful of our property, and did a fantastic job. We love the restoration we achieved through them. I will not hesitate to call them in the future and give them my highest recommendation.

I can not say enough about our whole experience with these guy's! They painted our neighbors home a couple of years ago. Bob and Ann were so happy with the out come on their home we thought we'd give Impressions Painting a call. From the first call to the last minute of the job, we can't say enough good things about them. Our brick home was built in 1974 and was very dated.

They did everything correct when painting brick. From the primer on the brick to the correct paint on our vinyl eves, these guys know what they're doing. Very respectful, trustworthy and clean up behind themselves. They are very skilled painters that listened to all my concerns. I am extremely picky and let me tell you, only 2 times did I have to say anything and within moments my concerns were met with corrections. I will recommend them to anybody and everybody no matter the size of the job. Great experience!

This company was extremely professional. The owner came out early for our first appointment and in no rush went through everything I wanted done. He explained all of my options and answered all of my questions and concerns as I have a 5509 soft house that we are currently living in with 3 animals. He supplied us with professional interior decorator that we will also be hiring after the job to help us decorate at no extra cost.

After getting 3 bids, his was in the middle, which wouldn't have mattered because I knew that he was right for our job. 5 people showed up everyday on time 6 days a week until completion regardless of weather only taking a 45 min lunch break and working from 8:30 to 5:30. During the job, the owner came out several times to inspect and give guidance not that they needed much.

At the end of the job, we inspected every inch for defects, drippings, etc. Then they came back and fixed everything to perfection. Then they collected their money. This company only uses quality paint and will always use 2 coats so that you get a quality job that will last and they guarantee their work for 3 years. I can't recommend more highly and will be using them again in the spring to do my fence and garage.

Using Impressions Painting was easy as could be front start to finish. Manuel was helpful, professional, and cared about the project that we wanted done. Impressions offered multiple discount to make the project more affordable, and the crew was very respectful in the home and did a great job and quickly improved any areas of concern with no issues.

I will for sure use them again for any future professional painting I need done and will recommend them to friends and family. Oh and I can't remember the ladies name, but who you schedule the estimate through was very nice as well!

We were recommended Impressions from a friend. They did a phenomenal job painting our kitchen cabinets and island. The employees are hard-working and attentive to detail. If there is an issue, they will fix it without hesitation. If you are looking for a premium cabinet painter, look no further! EDIT 8/13/21: I've been meaning to edit this review since I first posted it.

The paint on our cabinets has been chipping off since about a week after they finished painting. This has been going on almost a year. They came by a few months ago to do "touch-ups" on the chips, but it is really useless as the paint continues to chip and I find myself having to repair the cabinets almost weekly now. I'm not sure why/how this is happening, but it is very disappointing.

We paid a premium price for very shoddy work. EDIT #2 on 03/3/22: Manuel spent a lot of time and effort to identify the root cause of the chipping paint. Impressions came out for 3 subsequent visits and re-painted the doors of our cabinets twice (including the final re-application today). They determined it was a paint issue and changed paints the 2nd time (and last) they came out. Impressions did a terrific job honoring their warranty and ultimately fixing the problem. Thank you!
