I recently hired Sound Painting Solutions for a painting project, and I am extremely satisfied with their services. From the moment I contacted them, they were prompt and courteous, displaying a high level of professionalism; from sales, to their back office, and the paint crew. Their pricing was fair, and I felt confident that I was getting great value for my money.

Although the initial job didn't turn out as expected after the paint cured, they immediately rectified the situation by applying a new coat the very next business day. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. I highly recommend Sound Painting Solutions and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Sound Painting Solutions is an easy choice to make when it comes to painting the interior of your home. Jeff was super responsive and took the time to talk to us to make sure we were completely comfortable with interior painting process. The payment process was easy and the administrative team (I worked with Kirsta) was fantastic. James, the on site project manager, was incredibly friendly and made sure that everything done in the house was up to our standards at the end of each day.

Jeff, Gary, and the rest of the team were outstanding at Sound Paint Solutions. We were moving into a new house and were in need of an unexpected inside paint job. Contacted the team and literally the next day they started the job. Finished within three days and allowed us to move in on time. All around excellent service and quality!

Sound Painting painted our hallway and stairwell that previously had wallpaper. They did a quality job of making sure we couldn't tell wallpaper had ever been there. It took longer than expected but that was well communicated and still within the budget given at the start of the project. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

We had a very good experience with this project, which was actually several small jobs. The workers were on time, very friendly and courteous, and did a very professional job. There was a little bit of sticker shock when I got the total price, but that always happens with contractors. Overall a big thumbs-up! We hired Sound Painting to stain and paint the exterior of a large multi-unit commercial building and were impressed with the team's work and everyone on it. They did great work. To a person, they've been professional, dedicated to making this go well, and simply pleasant to be around. One resident commented, unsolicited, that the staff was "Some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet." Another resident commented that "They did a fantastic job on my deck." The team leader, Victor, is an absolute pleasure to work with.

He was faced with some unusual challenges that no one can plan for, and not only did he get creative and find a solution, he never lost faith that it was doable (even when I was skeptical!). He communicated the whole time and I always knew that someone was paying attention to the details. I would love to have him as a supervisor. Everyone takes pride in their work and it shows in the results. I look forward to hiring them again.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! This process has been smooth and professional from start to finish, and we are totally thrilled with the final product. From the beginning, communication was excellent. Connor was patient, clear and thorough during the estimate process and took the time to answer all our questions. Super impressed with these folks! Their estimator responded to my inquiry on a Sunday (not expected) and provided a quote from photos and my floor plan. They were able to schedule me within a week (amazing!). A crew of considerate young men showed up precisely on time, wiped walls, masked outlets and covered the floor. They were done within a day and a half and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

Everyone I encountered, from the estimator, to the scheduler, and absolutely EVERYONE on my crew was a pleasure to work with. Respectful of my time, consultative to explain my options, hands-on to ensure the results were matching my expectations, and courteous to my neighbors to ensure the trucks were out of the way and no trash was left out. Special shout out to "My Oscar" who consistently was the first man on the job and the last one to leave, always with a smile and with a work ethic that cannot be beat! I've dealt with many painters in my life and I have never been happier with a project. Both Connor #1 (Estimator) and Connor #2 and Wyatt were professional and extremely helpful. I cannot overstate how positive my experience was with Sound Painting Solutions. The workmanship was outstanding, and they were extremely fast. But what most impressed me was how they responded to a miscommunication. I asked them to match the colors of our house, but one of the colors they matched was to a our vinyl siding, and that wasn't exactly what I wanted them to do. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the error until the painting was finished.

When I mentioned this to them, they were incredibly gracious and told me they wanted me to be happy and they corrected the error the very next day. I'm not sure they made a profit on my job because of this, but they were incredibly professional about this. I could say a lot more about them and how great their service was, but here's the short version: Stop your search for a painter right now, and call them. I could not possibly be more satisfied with their work, and I will use them again with several rental properties that I own

We worked with Sound Painting Solutions to paint the entire top floor of our home as well as remove and install new trim. Connor was very helpful during the estimate process and gave us a detailed quote with several options. Shelsea was very responsive with scheduling and kept us up to date when the work needed to be pushed back a couple of days. The painting crew were very nice and respectful of our home. Hernan did a beautiful job on the trim and Jeff kept in contact regularly to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Overall, the quality of the work was excellent and our upstairs is completely transformed. We will definitely hire Sound Painting Solutions again when we get around to doing the downstairs!

Wow, fantastic customer service from Lindsey, the owner! I contacted Sound Painting to get a bid. I got an instant response and while I am out of their service area, instead of ghosting me like all the other contractors, they took the time to write me a genuinely nice message recommending other businesses I should try that are closer to me!

After a year of research and 15 estimates from different companies I decided to hire Sound Painting Solutions. They did not disappoint. I was very pleased with the initial meeting when we sat a a table and discussed the process, my expectations, and they answered all of my questions. During the painting process one of the colors I provided turned out to be much darker than anticipated, and they also found additional wood rot.

They were on top of it right away and fixed the issues immediately. They are not the cheapest on the market and they are upfront about it. The quality, professionalism, and communication was impeccable.

Sound Painting was great. From a quickly scheduled estimate to a great job painting my townhouse by Victor and his crew - the job was professional, on-time, and of very high quality. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Just slightly pricier than other options but I think definitely worth it for the professionalism and quality. Will definitely go straight to them next time I need any paint job, and will refer to friends.

We decided to work with Jeff and Sound Painting Solutions right before things shut down in March. Jeff was extremely responsive and stayed in touch. Once we got going it was very easy to communicate with Jeff about the project. The crew was incredible - kind, professional and did such a good job. They helped out with other things that were going on around the house at the same time such as deliveries and worked well with other crews in the space. Victor was the lead on our particular job and was so nice as well. We had wallpaper done in our dining room and Gary did a beautiful job. The house was left in great shape afterward. Sound Painting did our entire home exterior, including the fence and stand alone garage. Fantastic experience from sales to completion. The crew that worked on our home were experienced, polite and easy to work with. My husband was traveling the week of our project so I was juggling everything on my own. There was constant communication with everyone from the schedulers to the project managers and painting crew.

They are responsive and always put the customer first. I have already recommended Sound to my neighbors who were watching our project as it progressed. It's pretty cool when your neighbors note how great the folks doing your project are. Needless to say, our home is just gorgeous. We are thrilled with the results!

I randomly found Sound Painting Solutions on yelp and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything about this company was great: they proposed very reasonable price, it was super easy to schedule work, their workers are real professionals. My bathroom was painted by Scott, he is amazing. He has around 15 years of experience, he does great work and he is a really nice guy. It was absolutely amazing!
