Prep-work is 70% of the job ( Full pressure wash, scraping, sanding, priming, caulking, are just a few of the steps we take).
We sand and prime all raw wood areas with XIM PealBond, or an exterior alkyd based primer prior to application of finish coat.
We do not get over spray on foundation, windows, concrete walkways, roofing, or other areas not to be painted.
