Your garage floor takes heavy abuse from hot vehicle tires and spilled fluids such as oil, gas, or antifreeze.
Epoxy finishes make clean up easy.
Maintenance is easy -- the surface is resistant to tire marks and stains; messes can be simply wiped up.
