The corporation was founded in 2000 by Doris Zografos.
After a core focus and name change, Ease Painting & Construction began to focus on industrial painting and services.
Since then, Ease has completed over seventy-five projects ranging from small to large scale, servicing the marine industry and private sector.

Ten of those years have been in the construction industry with nine focused on painting.
A local Maryland resident, Mrs. Zografos graduated from the University of MD.
When not focused on growing Ease, she spends her time on philanthropic interests such as the Redwood Library, Newport Preservation Society, Muscular Distrophy (Baltimore Office), IYRS School of Technology and Trade, and Wounded Warriors along with many others.
