The Wilhide Family has had a long history of service in the Frederick MD area starting with our great-great-great grandfather Levi Moberly.
Ray Wilhide, III began working for the business in 1973, and expanded operations to include home improvements.
Ray is a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor and a licensed Maryland Home Inspector.
Sean Wilhide began working for the business in 2017, prior to joining the family business, Sean spent 15 years in commercial coatings sales and management.

Under Maryland law ONLY home inspections performed by Maryland licensed home inspectors will be recognized as a valid part of the real estate contract.

When you spotted that the door was not to be enclosed and we caught the guy from Fred Glass, you saved me over $1000!
The enclosed door is 1/16th inch thinner and a standard cut vs. the thicker, which is custom cut.
Price drops to $700 vs. $1760.
