I started River City Painting in 2003, after painting older homes, churches and commercial buildings in Richmond since 1989. I grew up in the fan, and have lived in Richmond for the larger part of 44 years. I feel connected to the work I do. I keep this company small by choice, since it allows us to focus on a handfull of jobs (or one) at a time, and gives us the flexibility to cater to the needs of each job, and each client.
I offer a level of craftmanship that is often lost in the shuffle of larger paint companies. I see my clients daily, where I shop, and where my family eats, so I treat them as if they are my neighbors.

We refinish cabinets using a variety of finishs from standard enamels to Lacquer.
We can refinish the doors, or have them replaced or refinished with a different style.
Often the old casings are better than can be bought from a modern box store, and the general layout is good, so there is no need for major carpentry.
